I still don't know about that windows reflections Liza, they are reading for me like an opening in the wall. I guess you have to give it a white or maybe blueish white wash.

Hi Liza,

This is perfect! And it's where I wish I was. I love the reflections -- I saw that same kind of image here today, but of course the building wasn't nearly as beautiful. Plus your painting gives the whole view a vivid life.

Hi Liza, I really like this one. Feels like high noon to be able to get these reflections. Thanks for inviting us in to your garden. All the best, Aliaena

Hi René,

Thank you for your constructive critique! But this is actually exactly how I saw it and I think it might look wrong to your eyes because the windows have no cross - they are just plain glass panels.
I will think of you the next time I paint something similar and see what I can do.

Barbara, you see, you would like to be here and I would like to be in Toronto and paint reflections there! Maybe we should swap houses at some point!?

Hi Aliaena,

It was nearly high noon! And at last the sun is shining all day long and not only for half an hour, followed by clouds and rain for the next hour and then half an hour sun again and so on ... we've had enough of that! Pleased you like the painting, thank you.
