Uuhh, I am really pleased with this one! You artists out there know what an exciting and uplifting feeling it is when that happens, when the painting just flows on to the canvas, seemingly effortless! I am so happy!

Wonderful, the colors, the light seeping in, and all the abstraction, A very good painting to be happy about, for days.

Liza, Love these last two interior-scapes! The glow of the lamps is beautiful! Also love the blue green, of the last post and red orange of this post! Gorgeous!

Sylviane, merci! I am really enjoying the use of colors at the moment - trying to focus on them and not to much on the subject.

Thank you, Carol!

Dear Nancy, I am pleased you like them because I am quite excited about them myself. After a somewhat dead end I feel like having turned round a corner to move on...

Hi Liza,

You are without a doubt the Queen of interiors! This is magnificent. As Liz Lemon says on 30 Rock, "I want to go to there!"

Super.

Well, maybe it's because I am really enjoying these interiors - like when I was painting in my own house and I am definitely going to try to paint other friends' interiors, too. It's so much fun!
Unfortunatly I don't know Liz Lemon and that song but I'll look out for it.
Take care, Barbara, and have a lovely weekend!

Nice! The purple, olive, orange, and gold are very lovely together. In my mind, I always think of these 4 colors (plus a deep cinnamon red) as "Moroccan." I have dreams of decorating a room in those colors some day!
