Thank you, Heidi! Painting seems much more fun knowing there are interested people looking at my work regularly and getting some feedback. The strong contrast between light and dark - that's what inspired me to paint this picture.
Edward - how wonderful to have a generous critic like you! Makes me want to go back to the easel right away, if only I wasn't so tired from painting all day.
