Thank you, Douglas! As I am a great fan of Wayne Thiebaud's myself, I am very pleased that my painting made you think of his work. I even painted him a while ago as part of a series about my favourite artists.

I love this one -- ich habe zufiel Deutsch vergessen! -- the pastry really puts me in mind of Wayne Thiebaud's pies and such.
