Hi Liza,

Wow! Those eyes are amazing! I love
how you can switch from impressionistic to almost photo realism so effortlessly. You are a
great painter.

Take care,

Barbara

Well, I am blown away! I thank you for leaving your uplifting comments very much! Barbara, it seems as if on one hand my personal mood and state of relaxation or tension ( hope that doesn't sound odd) influence the way I paint. But, on the other hand, I sometimes have to analyze all the details in order to capture a true likeness. It then becomes nearly like a meditation because I get totally involved and any sense of time or surrounding ongoings seem non existant. The result is mostly a very realistic painting.

Hi Liza,

I understand what you mean exactly.

You don't sound odd at all to me. I
find that the same thing happens, and
that everything changes from painting
to painting. Isn't that the wonder
of it all? I think it is.

Wonderful work.
