How nice of you, René! Thanks a lot.
I checked it out - what a great site! - and posted some of my paintings of St.Emilion immediately. I'll post the houses there later, as they are stored on a different computer (my husband is a computer freak, so we've got several around the house, sometimes functioning, often not!).

Hi, Liza! Ablosolutely love your recent house "portrait" series. Putting them up on Paintmap.com is a grand idea.

Hi Liza,

This is just lovely. The house has a Mansard roof like many of the houses in old Quebec. Are the orangey red and peachy beige stripes what makes it self-conscious? You made me laugh.
But the blue door works beautifully with the red and peach. I also like the hedges and the two cold white wispy clouds.

Gorgeous!

Oh, nearly missed to reply to your comments here, Ohla and Barbara.
Sorry about that!
Yes, paintmap is cool!
Barbara, I called it selfconcious because it seemed to me like a pretty young girl trying to hide a bit from people looking at her.
Thank you both!
