We are sorting, sorting, sorting out things, finding forgotten treasures, throwing out loads of stuff and, by chance, creating beautiful scenes to paint - like this one.

I can tell you are truly letting go. A fresh jewel of a painting! Fascinating to watch the changes in your style as you go through this home transition.

I love this Liza,

It is beautiful. There is such a feeling of moving -- each object considered carefully, loved, rejected, mourned, celebrated. It is like a loss and gain all at the same time.

Your painting catches this feeling expertly.

Oh my, so many comments and no reply! Thanks to all of you, thank you very much! As I like this painting quite a bit myself, I am very happy that you agree with me. I am surprised at the looseness of it and afraid to loose that again - sometimes it happens just like that - wonderful!
