Liza, I have been away and am just catching up with my favourite blogs. Your latest paintings are just out of this world - amazing stuff! The use of colour, the concentration on abstract shape - as you say "doing a painting, not doing an illustration". I love that concept.. can't wait to get back into it again.. thanks for the inspiration!

Yeah, they look like the 70s. My parents have similar ones. However, I like them and of course especially yours O;-)

Barbara M - I'm a chair freak too, I bring home strays - these have a Paul McCobb feeling to them - very nice design - and I like the way you made this composition -
