Buy it hereDriving through central France you come past seemingly endless golden wheatfields, wavering beautifully with the wind. I loved the abstract composition they formed together with the sky, the woods and farms on the horizon.

I, too, love the abstract quality. I could see a whole series of French wheat fields.
I love the "freeways" in France - all the cars go there and leave the villages alone. Very nice work.
Pam, that's exactly what I am planning to do! I took a few photos from the car that I am planning to work from.
Thank you, Mark. Yes, they're good if you want to get somewhere quicker, but it's also fun driving through those french villages sometimes.
My relatives have thousands of acres of wheat in the Camas Prarie of Northern Idhao. Your painting reminded me of childhood scenes and I found a nice photo on the internet of the Camas Prairie that is a bit like the scene you painted in France.

(I avoid freeways whenever possible)
Beautiful indeed! Thanks for sending me the link, m-landes. I have never been to Idaho (I think...?) It's been a long time since I travelled through America.
HI Liza,
This looks like the prairies, or parts of Ontario. Beautiful.
