At the weekend, unexpectedly, I had to travel from London to Germany for a week or so, where I captured this scene in the well known university town of Göttingen. I didn't take my painting material and thus am trying to paint with a kit of only very basic acrylique paints on an oil and acrylique paint block with a linen finish.
A bit limitating but at the same time also a challenge.

This beautiful scene reminded me of my youth, when sitting in a park with my best friend after school was the sweetest moment of the day.
