Hi Liza,

Beautiful! I looked up oranges, and it said they require cold weather to turn orange. So I guess your inside ones didn't get cold enough? It also said most oranges are really green.

Sorry -- there were no recipes for green orange marmalade. Do they taste bitter? Gorgeous photos and a lovely painting today.

That's interesting! Thank you so much for looking it up specially, Barbara! Usually though they do turn orange in winter inside our house (where it is not very warm by the way). No, they don't taste bitter just fairly sour.

I met somebody today who said she had a marmelade recipe for unripe oranges which she will give to me.
I'll let you know what came out of it...
