Initially I had planned to paint another portrait today, namely the person the dutch girl was looking at. But when I saw the beautiful light this morning and realized that this was probably one of the last days this year with such an atmosphere, I decided to paint en plein air instead. It was so much fun that I finally ended up with three paintings, which you will see over the next days. The portrait just has to wait....

Hi Liza,

You are always asking me how I do it. I get so much inspiration from you, and want to ask the same thing?
Gorgeous. I so want to be there with you.

Barbara, I only get half as much done as you do! I would love to have you here and serve you a glass of delicious Merlot red wine while you are lounging in the sun!

Liza, the portraits must wait until winter... love what you are doing outdoors! What a beautiful spot and you've captured it so well. Thanks for sharing!
