Visiting Germany for a few days. I have to practice painting away from home, in other people's houses, which I find quite challenging - first of all getting down to it under visiting circumstances and then trying not to spill the terpentine, not to get painting on anything else than the canvas (and inevitably on my hands...) and not being in any other person's way. Pam was very cooperative. She stayed put for as long as I needed her - great!

Hi Barbara, very well observed. I must admit, while painting I asked myself inbetween "now, how would Diebenkorn have treated this?"
